Order Enquiries

Check your spam/junk folder as the email might be there. In case not present, then contact our team for resending tracking information.

We undertake site maintenance periodically. We suggest you visit our site after an hour and try again. In case you still do not get access to our website, please email our customer care team and get quick resolutions.

In case we have already despatched the ordered products, then you need to receive and send it back to our office. To get a refund, the package should be unopened. In case the product has not been dispatched, then you may contact our team. They will assist with your order cancellation process.

This is PayPal/Stripe related issue. We have encountered such problems before where PayPal had charged twice for an order. Contact PayPal officials to derive 2nd payment refund.

Shipping Issues

We have partnered with ‘Royal Mail’ 1st Class Signed shipping service. This company makes efforts to ensure next working day delivery. However, for the product to arrive, it might take about 10 working days.

Check your confirmation email for tracking information. In case no update is provided, then ‘Royal Mail’ might not have made any attempt in delivering your order. In case you fail to receive your ordered products within ten business days, then contact our team to enable us to resend your order.

Unfortunately, the information provided with us is very much the same that you have. Hence, the sender is in a better position to contact the officials at Royal Mail since they can provide related information like order’s GPS location, etc.

Please verify with your family members and neighbours if they have received the parcel or not. Otherwise, contact Royal Mail since they can provide you with accurate information about your order’s whereabouts and its delivery details.

In case the order is fulfilled, then we need to wait until we receive it. Then only can we process and resend it to your correct address.

Kindly email our team with your full order details. It will enable us to resend order confirmation along with tracking information.

We have partnered with Royal Mail via which we provide 1st class signed delivery. Orders are usually delivered the following day depending on ordering time.

Updates only are tracked by Royal Mail while making delivery attempts. In case you don’t get any update, then your order perhaps could be on its way. But if you don’t receive it within 10 business days, then contact our team as there are chances of your order getting lost in transit.

To provide replacement, you need to send us images of the received incorrect items along with order details.

Issue with bottle

For leaking bottles, we would kindly need you to return the bottle and on it’s receipt, we will provide a replacement.

All broken bottles will be replaced with new ones. To seek replacement, you need to send us photo evidence.

Depending upon bottle condition, we will provide you with a new rollerball replacement with plastic housing. Pulling roller from bottle can help replace it easily.

To avoid transit caused leakages, rollers arrive tight. But with use, they loosen up while some can be excessively tight. Hence, to loosen the ball, press the bottle on any hard surface such as a table. It will loosen up plastic housing. Otherwise, email your order details to info@aljannahperfumes.com

Our labels are mostly manually applied. Sorry, this could mean our bottles might not be perfect at times!

Questions on Scent

Both our 12ml and 3/6ml bottles are filled with the same perfume oils. But in 3ml bottle, roller is much bigger when compared to 12ml. This means, to derive a similar amount of oil in 12ml, you are to roll more.

Two possible reasons are cited for the same. The first is you have not applied sufficient amount of oil on your skin. The other is your skin during application of oil was not warm. For perfume alive to come alive, some warmth is desired. Hence, pulse points are termed to be the key!

 Same oil type is used in both 3ml and 12ml bottles. But the batches that our suppliers provide might vary in colour. This is mostly because of seasons like autumn batched Rose Oud is much darker unlike those batched in spring. However, you will derive the same scent.

Opened products cannot be replaced or refunded offered on it. But we encourage customers strongly to buy a smaller bottle before investing in the 12ml. This way, you can avoid buying something you dislike.

Same oil is used in both 3ml and 12ml bottles. But mistakes may occur. In such a case, we request you to send us the bottle so that we can provide you with replacement.cc

Natural and synthetic ingredients are used for creasing these long-lasting, wonderful perfume oils. They are very much animal-friendly and vegan.
