Returns & Exchanges

At any stage, you are free to cancel your order in full or part before we dispatch the products to about 7 days afterwards. But before returning products to seek exchange or refund, do remember to contact us.

In case you happen to cancel the order even before we dispatch the product, then you will get full refund immediately.

In case we have dispatched your product(s) and then you decide to cancel it, then you will be held responsible for returning back to us the ordered items. We expect such products to be returned via registered/recorded mail within seven days after you have received the product. Until the products are returned to us, you are to retain its possession and take proper care of the same. Moreover, the products should be returned to us in the same condition that you had received, in original packaging and in an unused manner. Once the order is cancelled and products returned to us, any amount debited for products is likely to be refunded to your debit/credit card. Also, you will be provided with an email notification within two business days about your refund. Generally, money will be refunded in the manner you had used to make payments while making your purchase. Refunds on products purchased in the form of gifts will be made to the debit/credit card holder who initially had placed the order. Refund due will be processed at the earliest. Usually, it is done within 7 (seven) days of getting back the products from you.

Until the product is returned to us, we will not be in a position to process your exchange or refund. We strongly advise obtaining postage receipt proof while sending product back to us. You are to bear shipping costs if seeking an exchange.

In case, while delivering the product to you, if it is found to be incorrect, faulty or damaged, then we might offer you refund or exchange as deemed appropriate. This will be based on your legal rights. In case you consider a product to be faulty, then contact us and return the product at the earliest. Please contact us to clarify your doubts or if seeking answers to your questions concerning returns.

We will be unable to refund/cancel your purchase if you are unhappy with it or change your mind. You cannot return the product after using it, due to health & safety purposes. You cannot return the perfume spray if its outer plastic seal has been removed. But if you have bought any perfume oil from us and have used a little (just a couple of drops), and dislike it, then we will happily exchange the item or give refund.

Your legal rights are not likely to be affected in any manner by this return policy.

Shipping

You are to bear the shipping costs while returning the product. Shipping costs however, will be non-refundable. In case you get refunded, return shipping charges are likely to be deducted from the refund amount.

Based on your location, time taken for the exchanged product in getting delivered might vary.

Purchase shipping insurance or use trackable shipping service if shipping products over £75. No assurance can be provided on receipt of your returned item.
