1 When Applicable

You need to abide by the terms and conditions each time you order goods using our site or access our site.

1. How is the contract agreement is undertaken between us?

1.1 We have advertised our products for sale on our website. You may choose an order and follow the given onscreen prompts to purchase it. This is done after clicking on the interested products. You are provided with the opportunity to verify your inputs and check/rectify errors, if any, in the order. This is possible until submission of the order. 1.2. Upon placing the order, ‘Order Confirmation’ will be sent to your registered email address, acknowledging receipt of your order. The confirmation email will have an order summary and number. However, it does not necessarily mean your confirmed order is accepted. It is rather an offer made to us for product purchase. All orders made are subjected to our acceptance. Conformation of such acceptance will be done through email (‘Dispatch Confirmation’) to confirm product dispatch. Upon sending this Dispatch Confirmation, a contract between us is created.

1.3 Contract made between us will be limited to the ‘Dispatch Confirmed’ products that are to be dispatched. We are not obliged or liable to send other products or anything else that is not mentioned in your order. Separate Dispatch Confirmation is to confirm dispatch of these products.

1.4 We are under no obligation to accept any order or liable to anyone including you in any reason in those circumstances.

1.5 We might not be in a position to process your received order for the following reasons:

• Ordered product is presently discontinued or out of stock;

Or,

• We are experiencing some issues with your payment authorisation.

2. Our refund, returns and cancellation policy

4. Order / Payment Processing

4.2 Since VAT is not charged, our prices do not include it. Delivery costs are excluded. The latter will get added to your total amount based on your delivery service choice from available options as mentioned in our shipment related information.

All debit/credit card account holders will be authorised and undergo validation checks by authorised card issuer. In case your card issuer denies authorising payment, then your order stands cancelled. In such circumstance, we will be unable to accept your order. We are not to be held liable for any type of non-delivery or delay in delivery. Your debit/credit card payment processing for your order might invite some charges by your card issuer. 4.6 We have published lots of Products on our website. It could be that few products listed there might have incorrect prices despite our efforts. Such errors, if brought to our notice will be rectified at the earliest. In case the correct price of a product is different from what is stated on our website, then we at our discretion will try to contact you to notify about the same, to get further instructions on your order, to dispatch or reject it. We also notify you about such rejection.

5. Delivery

5.1 We will put in our best efforts to ensure your ordered products are delivered within the stipulated time period. But we are not in a position to guarantee timely delivery or accept liability for those deliveries that are beyond this timescale. We also do not bear any liability or responsibility for costs incurred from delayed or failed deliveries or for out-of-pocket expenses.

5.2 Products put up on sale or subject to availability.

5.3 On delivery of your ordered items, you might be required to acknowledge its receipt by signing.

5.5 In case of faulty item, kindly contact our team. We will arrange replacement of the same.
